These are the general rules that apply to all cats and kittens that are available for adoption. There is some flexibility based on individual circumstances.

All cats/kittens are spayed and neutered, given vaccines against rabies, panleukopenia, rhinotracheitis and calici viruses, and tested for FeLV/FIV. They are also wormed, de-fleaed, and treated for ear mites.

Kittens are adopted in pairs up to 5 months old unless there is another companion cat in the house, or possibly someone is home a majority of the day.

If you rent, you must provide proof of the landlord’s permission.

A vet reference must be provided. If the applicant does not have a vet, then a family member or friend may be used as a sponsor, and their vet will be contacted.

Our adoption contract prohibits declawing.

Cats/kittens may be returned to us at any time. After four weeks the adoption fee is not refundable.

Fees:
Cats and kittens: $125
A pair: $200
Older cat: $100

The adoption fee may vary for special needs cats, including pure breds.
